B4B makes their position clear as mud while impugning the “Culture of Life”

While Blogs 4 Brownback has published a response to my earlier post, it does very little to allay my suspicions concerning Brownback and his followers.

B4B does refer to Brownback’s malaria abatement legislation as “good work”, which, at least superficially, does imply support for pro-spider values. However, the rest of the post dances around without ever answering the central questions here: does B4B support spiders? Or are they mosquito sympathisizers? Why are they content that Brownback maintain his silence on an issue so important to the American people? And, presuming Brownback and his followers are not actually crypto-anophelofascists, how do they square Brownback’s opposition to Darwinian evolutionary theory with support for arachnAmerican values?

Strangely the B4B writer, Psycheout, seems more concerned over the idea that Brownback is going to be reported pregnant than the real dangers to America from anophelist radicals. (How will conservatives ever regain their foreign policy cachet if they refuse to deal with the paramount threats of our day?) And when did it become an insult to call someone pregnant? Brownback makes no secret of his embryophilia, thus I am puzzled that noting a report dealing with his concrete expression of that quality could be considered “slinging mud”.

Psycheout also complains about my use of the “uncommon future perfect tense” in referring to Brownback’s pregnancy. I invite him/her/it/theocon to actually click on the link to my source for that report. In doing so, he/she/it/theocon might discover that the story is dated April 6, 2008. What tense should I be using?

After the huffing over my claim that Brownback is going to have been reported to be pregnant, Psycheout goes on for a bit about over-familiarity with farm animals. However, I didn’t mention farm animals at all. As I feel it would be unseemly to speculate on just what might have drawn Psycheout’s psyche to that particular topic and how it might relate to Senator Brownback, I will refrain from further comment on it.

In the comments to the B4B post, Pinko Punko demands something better than a “no comment” from Brownback on the question of whether he believes electrons are angels. In response, Psycheout asks, referring to the quotes in my earlier post: “[W]ould a ‘What are you talking about?’ or ‘…’ suffice?” The most cursory reading of that post ought to show that I did not consider “What are you talking about?” a sufficient answer. As for “…”, I say: spiders stand on a web as the first line of defense of our freedom from anophelofascism — patriotism demands that we give them some leeway in their answers.

In closing, Psycheout notes that “Brownback supporters do have a sense of humor.” This is good to hear, however, I’m not sure it was in doubt. I do find B4B rather entertaining after all — possibly even in the manner its authors intended.

I’m not sure I can top that. Have I been PWNED? Only time will tell.

Watch the clock, plover. Tick, tick, tick. The bell may very well toll for thee.

I also found B4B to be entertaining, if even to understand that even God is objectively pro-spider in his/her/it/bird’s supporting of Brownback. I take objection to Psycheout’s statement that we are objective pro-sink lettuce. That claim is slanderous. The sink lettuce clearly have their own nefarious agenda, and seem to have succeeded in dividing us and putting us against each other. If Brownback could come up with a clear statement about sink lettuce, I could be convinced to give him support, especially during his impending pregnancy, which I also support.

Screw this, I am going back to bed.

    I remain pro spider.

Has the drawn psyche outed Psycheout? Was the psyche drawn in crayon? Methinks the drama between Psyche and plover (or should I say peros?) waxes still, and may reach mythological proportions.

So why is this filed under Trollwagon? I’m no troll. Are you a troll? Are you on the wagon? And if ‘baggery is short for cobaggery, you may never get on my good side again. :-(

  8. 8 plover

I’ve always assumed the “Trollwagon” category meant something like “possibly liable to attract trolls”, not necessarily that the subject of the post was a troll.

‘baggery is in theory short for “cobaggery” but in this case is really being used more like it’s short for “cobagitation” which I guess is “an action that might get someone called a cobag”, or possibly “an interaction that might appear from the outside as people being cobags to each other (whether or not that is actually the case)”. When “cobagitation” is used as a category, if the first definition is assumed, then it remains ambiguous as to whether it is the subject or the author of the post who might get in trouble.

Most 3B categories have a certain elacticity of meaning — especially given that they’ve never been explicitily defined. Plus, we’re often unsure whether or not we’re the ones being chundermuffins. We’re evil liberal relativists that way.

  9. 9 Pinko Punko

Put your liberal relativism on me!

  10. 10 plover

    Um, ok:

All the liberal relativism around here is Pinko’s fault except when it isn’t, in which case we blame him anyway except when we don’t.

All the relativism in the previous statement is definitely Pinko’s fault.

    I think.

    How’s that?

  11. 11 Pinko Punko

IT FEELS SO GOOD I’M GONNA MARRY A CARROT!!!!!!1!

  12. 12 plover

That’s some pretty concentrated relativism you’ve got there. Spill some of that and you’ll make every slope slippery for miles around.

  13. 13 Psycheout

Oh, well that’s different then. I’m not too sure about “elacticity,” but I suppose that’s another one of those made up words that leftists use to confuse sane people like me. I’ll have to ride around on the troutscooter before I’m sure that I haven’t been deeply insulted, despite your obvious preference for maddening moral relativism.

The thing about you far left wackjobs is that you keep moving the goalposts, constantly. That makes it really hard to slam dunk a home run for a hat trick.

I could really use a Dick’s cheeseburger and a vanilla shake about now. Too bad all I have here is some suspicous looking sink slaw. Is it supposed to be brown? And moving?

  14. 14 Pinko Punko

    Patrick? Is that you????
