Pinko Punko, your fridge looks eerily like ours – I think we actually have the same model (though ours opens on a left hinge, your on the right)!.
The door shelves on our fridge are equally devoted to condimentia…and you and I appear to both have bottles of Trader Joe’s mustard, Lee Kum Kee sauces, Pearl River Bridge soy sauce, and Kikkoman Tonkatsu sauce (?).
I, unfortunately, have no official Vienna Beef brand Chicago hot dog accessories, although I live in the city.
Lenka- you can get the dogs anywhere, so it would be badform to do it at home- who’s gonna steam the buns?? We live in the wasteland so have to have our own- you can just barely see the sport peppers.

The one thing you’re missing is Texas Pete Pepper Sauce (little chile peppers in vinegar!) It’s the only condiment allowed for collard greens.
