Dear Interwebs,
Please excuse Gregor Samsa’s absence for the past three or four days. Gregor was on a cultural expedition to Bisbee, Arizona and Cananea, Sonora . I felt this life experience was just as important to his growth as a young man as would be spending the last three days with his internet buddies.
Unfortunately, Gregor also managed to catch a “cold” in Cananea, poor dear is suffering from a bad headache, nausea, the spins and dehydration. So he may be gone one more day. Again, I apologize for his absence.
Best Regards,
MomH
Hmm… I don’t know. The writing kinda looks like what Gregor would write. Can someone forward this over to Assrocket to make sure it’s not forged?
Oh Yosef, you’re such a dear little boy. Of course my style is close to Gregor’s we’re related don’t you know?
Oedipally nailed?
My brother got his dog in Bisbee back when he lived in Tucson. Then they moved to Anchorage. Too bad. I used to like going to Chuy’s.
Fulsome, you are awesome!
No, no, no, no! The kerning is ALL WRONG!!!
Awesome, a note from your mom! Works everytime. You are excused.
Wow, I never knew that discharge and painful urination were symptoms of a “cold”!
Hey Seitz did you ever visit Bisbee? I lived there for a couple of years. Truly one of the weirdest places in America.
BTW, what is Chuy’s?
Never been to Bisbee.
What is Chuy’s? Chuy’s is a bitchin’ Mexican food place with good, cheap margaritas and all the chips you can eat.
Isn’t Chuy’s where Jenna or NotJenna were busted for trying to buy those very same margaritas with fake IDs?
a) Yes, and b) Chuy’s is a big corpo-chain, and the furthest thing from “bitchin’” imaginable.
There are only three places I’ll go outside of Mexico for Mexican food: Taqueria Cancun on 6th & Market, that super expensive place off La Cienaga that doesn’t have menus, and the Taco Wagon that stops by across the street from my library.
I was hoping that he meant some local eatery that happened to be named Chuy’s as well.
I never got used to California style Mexican food. I much prefer Sonora style and New Mexico style is divine.
